Steadfast (with Real Estate Advisors below) or SREA (with Steadfast Real Estate Advisors Below)
We are needing a logo for a Real Estate Advisory Firm. Our clients are mainly investors and property owners in the high-end Commercial Real Estate space. Our clientele ranges from individuals who own property to Accountants and Wealth Managers that direct those property owners. Our approach is definitely fresh and in many cases "new" in comparison to how these deals typically come together and so the logo should reflect that perspective while also relaying a "feeling that they've seen us before". Additionally, we are young (in our early to mid 30's) so while we want something to feel established and trustworthy, we also want it to look and feel alive, making clients think that "these guys really can turn my $5 million dollar building into a $15 million dollar building".Our About Us page could be boiled down to this:We advise and assist property owners who want to maximize their under-utilized assets by facilitating joint venture partnerships with established developers and equity partners to help redevelop the property for its highest and best use as well as its maximum value.COLORS we have interest in would be:Blue, Gray (maybe a combination of both as in a "steely blue-gray") and possibly white*If you are inspired to use a different colorway as part of your vision, feel free, we can always edit. SHOULD INCLUDE:"Real Estate Advisors" in the logo under or next to "Steadfast". COULD INCLUDE:An icon or the main logo using the "SREA" acronym for "Steadfast Real Estate Advisors" and then having "Steadfast Realty Advisors under it or next to it. (see the uploaded examples). WE DON'T WANT:Any clip art or stock images of classic Residential Home looking logos. Those will immediately be thrown out. WE DO WANT:Simple. Strong. Classic. Fresh. Clever. Use of Color above. Strong/impressionable font when it comes to the word "Steadfast". Final Notes: We like logos that appear simple but have a sense of thoughtfulness to them as well. A kind of cleverness to the icon or the way the copy is written that is easy to read, strong yet fun, trustworthy and alive. The logo should definitely be more masculine than feminine and should communicate a sense of trust, creativity, and timelessness as well.
